All of our plans enjoy unlimited, 24/7 support from a LearnRight specialist. You don’t have to upgrade your account, and there is no cap on support tickets.
How quickly are support requests answered?
We will have an answer for you within 24 hours of your request.
Do you outsource your customer support?
We offer global, 24/7 support. In order to keep that promise, our
support may be outsourced at certain hours of the day. However, for the business hours of Europe and North/South America, our in-house team will answer your call.
